Not on Deathrow, but a Cutie Who Needs a Home

This guy is safe and in foster care here at my house, but he does need a forever home. I found him a few days ago wandering the streets. He's been severely neglected, but with some TLC he will grow all his fur back. The vet says he's 6lbs and 5-8 years old. I had him neutered and microchipped. He's housetrained and good with people, dogs, and cats. What a lover!
